Fast ISP Proxies and Fast Residential Proxies, Ordered and Running Before Your Coffee Cools
ProxyJolt is about not waiting: a mobile line is live within a minute of payment, and the two products on this page keep that promise. Fast ISP proxies are fixed addresses on real broadband and carrier networks, served from a datacenter rack rather than a cell tower, so they answer quickly and never change for the length of your term. Fast residential proxies are rotating data from real home connections in 190+ countries, metered by the GB, with a list generator that hands you ready proxy lines seconds after you ask for them. You buy both from the same Buy Proxy page as the mobile lines, pay from the same balance, and see them on My Proxies straight away. Here is what each one is, what it costs, how quickly you can be using it, and when a dedicated ProxyJolt line is still the quicker route.
Fast ISP proxies: a rack address that stays put
A static ISP proxy is one IPv4 registered to the carrier or cable company on the label and served from a rack in Virginia, so it carries that network's name on a lookup and responds from a wired connection. Order ten or more for one, three, six or twelve months; the order shares a single login and is on My Proxies the moment payment clears.
- Term: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months
- Login: username and password / IP whitelist / SOCKS5
- One login per order
- Order size: 10 IPs and up
Fast residential proxies: data now, lists in seconds
Residential data is sold per GB and comes from real homes in 190+ countries. Once the order exists, generating a list is a few clicks: pick a country, optionally a state, city or ASN, choose a new address per request or one held for up to 30 minutes, set the line count, and the host, port, username and password lines are on screen. The shared 4G and 5G mobile pool beside it works identically.
- 190+ countries
- Target: country, state, city, ASN
- Sticky up to 30 minutes
- Or a new IP per request
- Data never expires
- Top up any time
- Shared 4G and 5G pool
- Target: country, state, city
- Sticky up to 30 minutes
- Data never expires
Buy residential data Dedicated mobile lines
From payment to first request
The sequence is the same one ProxyJolt uses for mobile lines. Sign in, open Buy Proxy, and pick the ISP tab or the Residential tab. Choose the line or the amount of data, see the total before you confirm, and pay from your balance. The order appears on My Proxies at once. For an ISP order that means your addresses and login are ready to paste into a tool; for a residential order it means the list generator is ready to run. Nobody reviews the order, nobody emails you later, nothing is pending.
The Telegram bot sells the same products at the same prices, which is often the quickest route when you are away from a desk. Either way the credentials are yours as soon as the balance moves.
If you want to switch the login type on an ISP order, username and password to whitelist or to SOCKS5, that is also immediate from My Proxies. Every address in the order is reissued at the same time, so do it before a run rather than during one.
Why a static ISP address is quick
A mobile line answers from a modem talking to a tower; a static ISP address answers from a rack on a wired connection, and that difference is why ISP addresses are the quick option for tasks that do not need to look like a phone. There is no radio in the path, no carrier session to renew, and no rotation to wait for, because the address never changes. For a monitor that polls every minute, a dashboard that whitelists one address, or a seller account that signs in from the same place daily, that steadiness is exactly the point.
The addresses are real network addresses, not datacenter ranges wearing a label. In the United States that means AT&T, Comcast, Frontier, RCN and T-Mobile; outside it, DTAG in the United Kingdom and Orange in France. A lookup returns the network as owner and, for the US lines, Virginia as the location. Telus in Canada is in the catalogue but sold out right now.
Three words on the labels tell you what you are buying. Native addresses have been with the carrier a long time. Fresh addresses are newer to the proxy market. Legacy is the budget shelf. None of them are slower than the others; the difference is history, and history is what the price tracks.
The price list, no decoding needed
Static ISP prices are per IP per month. AT&T Native is $4 per IP per month. AT&T Fresh, Comcast Native, Frontier Native, RCN Fresh, DTAG Fresh and Orange Fresh are $2.40 per IP per month. T-Mobile Legacy is $2.10 per IP per month. Orders start at ten addresses, so the smallest order of ISP addresses is $21 on T-Mobile Legacy, $24 on the $2.40 lines and $40 on AT&T Native, for one month; three, six and twelve month terms are paid up front at the same monthly rate.
Residential data is $2 per GB. The mobile pool is $10 per GB. There are no tiers, no minimum beyond the amount you type, and only the data you push through the proxies is charged, so a list you generate and never use is free. Data never expires, and you can top up by hand or set auto top-up to add a chosen amount whenever less than a tenth is left.
For scale, a dedicated ProxyJolt 4G line is $5 a day or $65 a month and a 5G line is $6 a day or $79 a month, each with unlimited data. By the hour, a 4G line is $2 and a 5G line is $3 for the first two hours. Once a job pushes serious traffic through one mobile identity, the line is both quicker and cheaper than pool data.
- AT&T Native: $4 per IP per month
- $2.40 per IP per month: AT&T Fresh, Comcast, Frontier, RCN, DTAG, Orange
- T-Mobile Legacy: $2.10 per IP per month
- Residential $2 per GB, mobile pool $10 per GB, nothing expires
Sticky or rotating, and how fast each is to set up
Both modes are a toggle on the list generator. Rotating gives every request a different home address and suits anything stateless: checks, fetches, verifications. Sticky holds one address for up to 30 minutes, which covers a sign-in, a checkout or a short sequence of pages that has to come from one visitor. You can generate one list of each from the same order and swap between them without buying anything new.
Targeting is set per list as well. Country is required; state, city and ASN are optional on residential lists, and the mobile pool takes country, state and city. A narrower target has fewer homes behind it, so for the quickest results on a broad check leave the scope wide and let the pool do the spreading.
The mobile pool against a ProxyJolt line
The rotating mobile pool is shared 4G and 5G data at $10 per GB, from many real phones, targeted by country, state or city. It is quick to start and good for a short sweep that wants a cellular exit in many places at once. It is not a ProxyJolt line. The addresses are shared with other users, a sticky session ends at 30 minutes, and there is no modem of your own to rotate or move.
A dedicated line is still the fastest thing we sell for one mobile identity: live within a minute, your own SIM and modem, unlimited data, and a rotation that takes the few seconds the modem needs to renew its carrier session. Use the pool for breadth, the line for anything that needs to be one phone.
Renewals, extensions and getting out
ISP orders end with their term. Switch auto-renew on and the next month is drawn from your balance without a gap; leave it off and a reminder arrives three days before the end. More months cost the same rate as the first. Removing an ISP order before its end stops every address at once and nothing comes back, so buy the term you need rather than the longest one.
Residential and mobile pool orders never end on their own. If you remove one inside seven days, the GB you have not used return to your balance at the price paid. After seven days there is nothing to refund because the data simply stays on the order until you spend it.
Fast ISP and residential proxies: quick answers
How soon after paying can I use a static ISP address?
Immediately. The order is on My Proxies as soon as the balance is charged, with the addresses and the login you chose. There is no review queue.
Are ISP proxies faster than mobile lines?
They answer from a wired rack rather than a cell radio, and they never rotate, so for steady polling they are the quick choice. For anything that must look like a phone, the dedicated ProxyJolt line is the right tool and is live within a minute.
Is there a minimum order?
Ten or more per ISP order. The smallest order of ten T-Mobile Legacy ISP addresses is $21 for a month at $2.10 per IP per month; AT&T Native is $40 for ten ISP addresses at $4 per IP per month.
How quickly can I generate a residential list?
Seconds after the order exists. Choose country and any narrower target, rotating or sticky, the number of lines, and the host, port, username and password lines appear. Generate as many lists as you like from one order.
What does a sticky session hold for?
Up to 30 minutes on residential and mobile pool lists. Need longer? A static ISP address holds for the whole term.
Do I pay for data I do not use?
No. Residential data is $2 per GB for the data you move, nothing for lists you generate, and the GB never expire. Remove the order within seven days and unused GB go back to your balance.
Can I run ISP, residential and a mobile line on one account?
Yes. They share one balance, one Buy Proxy page with Mobile, Residential and ISP tabs, and one My Proxies list.
