ProxyJolt Terms: Fast, Clear, Binding
Last updated: October 4, 2026. ProxyJolt ("we") moves quickly, and so should the rules. These terms cover the site, the dashboard, the API, rotation links and every mobile line on your account. Create an account, add funds or route one request and you have accepted them. The quick summary comes first. The full detail follows, and where the two differ, the detail wins.
The quick summary
Ten points, in the order people usually ask about them.
- You must be 18 or older.
- You pay first, then the line runs.
- Owe us money and ignore the notice: 24 hours to pay, then 24 hours suspended, then the lines are forfeited with no refund.
- Each device serves exactly one customer: you.
- Legal use only, and third-party platform rules still apply to you.
- Abuse reports get investigated and can switch your service off.
- Unlimited data is for proxy work; use the SIM as a download pipe and we can throttle or suspend.
- Refunds live on the Refund Policy page.
- Our liability tops out at what you paid in the last 30 days.
- Any dispute starts with a message to support.
The service
A ProxyJolt line is one physical device in a US metro we operate: a 4G or 5G USB modem, a 4G or 5G router, or an Android phone, powered by its own AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon SIM. Pick the hardware and carrier at checkout from whatever that city has in stock. Connect over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5, with UDP on SOCKS5. Hold a sticky IP or rotate on demand by link or API, as often as you like.
Addresses come from the carrier's regional pool, so one you have seen earlier in the day can show up again. Totally normal. Speed follows the signal. We run the fleet hard and keep it healthy, yet the service is best effort: no specific IP, no guaranteed speed at every moment, and no promise about how another website treats your traffic. Switching a line to another of our metros is free from the dashboard.
Your account
Accounts are for adults of 18 and over who can legally sign a contract. Signing up for a company? You are confirming you can bind it. Lock down your password, API keys and proxy credentials; activity under them counts as yours. Spot something off, message support fast and we will rotate the credentials.
Payment
ProxyJolt runs prepaid. Top up a balance and spend it on plans, or pay for a day, week or month straight at checkout. Renewals charge before the next period kicks off. Prices can change for future periods; time already paid is locked at the price you paid.
No sharing of hardware between customers. While your plan is active, your device carries your traffic only. Refunds, downtime credit and chargebacks are handled under the ProxyJolt Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Unpaid balances
Rare on a prepaid service, but it happens: a renewal that fails, an invoice we agreed to send, a balance that goes negative. Once we ask you to pay, the clock runs: 24 hours to pay with nothing changing; at 24 hours unpaid, every line on the account is suspended for 24 hours, still reserved for you and back on the moment you pay; at 48 hours unpaid, 24 hours into the suspension, the lines are forfeited and go back to stock, with no refund or credit for them or their remaining time unless a manager agreed a payment arrangement with you first.
That window is a courtesy, not a right. If a balance is not brought current, management can release the lines at any time, with no advance notice, courtesy period or not.
Banned uses
Speed is for legitimate work: QA, monitoring, research, localization, price checks, accounts you are authorized to run. A proxy swaps the network path. It does not give you permission to break a platform's rules. Any of the following ends service:
- fraud, phishing or impersonating anyone
- spam and bulk messages nobody asked for
- malware, botnets or command-and-control traffic
- DDoS or any network attack
- credential stuffing and brute-force logins
- getting into systems, accounts or data without authorization
- child sexual abuse material, reported to authorities
- moving content that infringes copyright or trademarks
- breaking the terms of service of a platform you reach through us
Abuse reports
We never watch the content of your traffic. Reports from carriers, platforms, networks or police still get handled quickly. That can mean reviewing connection metadata for the line, asking you for context and suspending the line or the account during the review. Confirmed abuse means termination. Valid legal requests get answered as the law requires.
Fair usage
Unlimited data has no meter and no monthly cap. It is not a licence to pin a SIM at full speed all day, every day. Every line is a carrier SIM, and carriers throttle or suspend unlimited SIMs that move far more data than a phone ever would. Lose the SIM and you lose the line.
Proxy work is fine: automation, scraping, account management, API calls, all of it. Bulk downloads, streaming relays, torrent seeding and mirroring are not. When a line's usage stands out from a heavy phone user for days on end, we may throttle it, pause it, ask you to spread the job across more lines, or suspend the account. We warn first when we can and act instantly when the carrier already has. Limits under this section do not count as downtime under the Refund Policy. No fixed number, because the carriers publish none.
Ownership
The ProxyJolt name, site, dashboard, API and documentation belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited right to use them for your own lines, and that is all. No copying, no redistribution, no reverse engineering without written permission.
Warranty, liability and indemnity
As far as the law allows, ProxyJolt is delivered as is and as available, without implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, revenue or data, downtime in your own business, or restrictions a third-party platform places on your accounts. Total liability on any claim is limited to the fees you paid ProxyJolt in the 30 days before it arose.
Claims that come from how you used the service, from breaking these terms, or from breaking the law or someone else's rights are yours to cover, and you agree to indemnify us against them.
Termination and updates
Leave whenever you want. We may suspend or end an account for breach, abuse or legal and compliance reasons, with or without notice depending on the situation. Updated terms go live on this page with a new date, and using ProxyJolt after that means you accept them.
Law and contact
The laws of the United States, together with those of the U.S. state in which the operator of ProxyJolt is organized, govern these terms. Hit a disagreement? Bring it to support first so we can try to settle it directly. Reach us 24/7 at support@proxyjolt.com or on Telegram via @proxyjolt_bot.
