ProxyJolt Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026. We built ProxyJolt to be quick, and quick means lean, including on data. We collect what it takes to run your account, bill it and keep the network safe, and skip the rest. Here is the full list, what each item is for, how long it sticks around and how to get it changed or removed. Questions go to support@proxyjolt.com.
Five things to know first
If you read nothing else on this page, read these.
- We do not inspect or record what you send through a line.
- We never see or store a full card number.
- The public site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
- We do not sell personal data to anyone.
- You can ask for access, correction, deletion or an export at any time.
Account data
To open an account we need an email address and a password. A name is optional. Passwords are stored as a one-way hash, never in readable form, and sign-in records are kept to help catch logins that are not yours. Registration includes a reCAPTCHA check to stop automated sign-ups, and the dashboard holds a sign-in session so you stay logged in while you work.
Billing data
Card checkout is processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. Both keep the payment details on their side. For crypto payments in Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum we record the public transaction hash and address, which are on the public chain anyway. For Zelle and bank wire we record the sender name and the reference so the payment lands on the right account. We also keep ordinary billing records such as the amount, the date and what was purchased.
Traffic and metadata
Content, meaning the sites you hit and the data flowing in both directions, is not inspected or recorded by ProxyJolt.
Operational metadata is a different thing. Examples include connection times, how much data a line carried and the addresses connecting to your line. We may process it to keep lines running, to bill accurately, to secure the service and to respond when an abuse report arrives about an address on your line.
Site and free tools
Browse the ProxyJolt site without trackers following you. The free IP checker and proxy checker send the lookup to public IP-lookup services and return the answer to you. We store nothing from those checks.
Telegram
Using @proxyjolt_bot is your call. If you use it, the conversation is kept so support has the history when you come back. Email support works just as well if you prefer it.
Sharing
No sales of personal data, ever. Information goes to others only when running the service needs it, such as Stripe or PayPal processing your payment, or when a valid legal request requires us to respond.
Retention
Account data stays for as long as the account is open. Billing records stay as long as tax and accounting law requires, which can outlast the account itself.
Your controls
Email support@proxyjolt.com from your account address to request access to your data, a correction, deletion or an export. We confirm it is you, then act. Anything we are legally required to keep is excluded from deletion, and the reply will say what and why.
ProxyJolt is 18 and over only. Users under 18 are not permitted, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Changes to this policy are posted here with an updated date.
